NewStart Dental
A dental practice site that answers the questions patients ask before booking.

About the client
NewStart Dental is a dental practice serving patients across Beaumont, Banning, Hemet, and Yucaipa, California, from two locations.
Project need
Dental websites carry an unusual burden. Visitors are often anxious, sometimes in pain, and working through a short list of practical questions: do you take my insurance, can you see me today, and where are you.
The practice needed those answers available immediately rather than buried in a services menu.
Approach
I put same day availability and accepted insurance providers near the top, because those two facts decide whether someone books or keeps searching.
Treatment pages are written in plain language rather than clinical terms, and cover implants, root canals, crowns, extractions, emergency care, and cosmetic work. Someone in pain should not have to interpret dental terminology to find the right page.
Both office locations and the booking action stay reachable from every page, since patients often arrive on an interior page from a search result rather than the home page.
Result
Patients can confirm insurance, find the nearer office, and request an appointment without calling. The practice reads as approachable before anyone walks in.
One note on the live site. The practice has edited it themselves since launch, so what you see today differs from what I handed over. That is the tradeoff of building something a client can maintain on their own, and I would rather they be able to change a phone number without waiting on me.
